Increasingly, conflicts are attempted to be resolved through mediation before litigation. Consider for example a situation where a company doctor recommends mediation in case an employer has a difference of opinion with an ill employee. TRAINING COURSES
We provide in-company training courses for Personnel departments on employment law. Examples of these are hiring and firing, performance monitoring and building up a file, the ill employee, (pre) employment screening, privacy on the workfloor and special aspects of the Collective Labour Agreement applicable in the company of the employer. These training courses are customised to the clients’ needs in consultation with the client.
