Merle van den Berg has a long service record in the commercial employment law practice. She specialises in (collective) dismissal law, transfer of undertakings, reorganisations, flexible employment relationships, the Standards for Remuneration Act (‘WNT’) and co-determination.
Merle van den Berg obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Employment Law and Health Law at the University of Amsterdam. Merle started her career as a lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP in Amsterdam, where she has gained broad experience with advising and litigating in employment law matters.
