Arlette has a long track record in commercial employment law practice at the top tier of the market and serves a wide range of mainly corporate clients. Her focus is on individual and collective dismissal law, reorganisations, employment litigation, and workplace privacy.

Irene started as an employment lawyer in the corporate sector in 2007 and made the move to L&A Advocaten in 2012. Her focus is on reorganisations, business transition, due diligence, employee participation, privacy, legal directors, and contract for services/self-employed people.

Frank advises on national and international pension matters, including the establishment, modification, transfer, and termination of pension schemes and pension providers. He also has experience advising on the pension aspects of complex (multi-jurisdictional) mergers and acquisitions.

At Leiden University, Chloé earned a bachelor's degree in Law and Economics. Chloé then successfully completed the master's degree in Civil Law, with additional subjects from the Master's degree in Labor Law. After several student internships and work as a paralegal, Chloé has been with L&A Lawyers since 2022.

Nienke joined L&A as a working student during her bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Utrecht. She has since started working as a lawyer after completing her master's degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam.

During her studies, Anna gained experience at various law firms as a student intern, working student, and paralegal. In September 2024, she made the transition to L&A Advocaten as an lawyer.

During his studies, he gained experience at various law firms, worked as a student assistant at the university and contributed to an academic article. Just has been working as a solicitor since September 2025. At L&A, he deals with all aspects of labour law.

Paralegal

In late 2024, Otte obtained her Master’s degree in Law from Tilburg University, with specializations in Employment Law and Commercial Legal Practice. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a student intern and legal assistant at several law firms. In May 2025, she started working as a legal associate at L&A Advocaten.

Lawyer interim

Marijn has been working as a lawyer in the top segment of the Dutch legal profession since May 2019. As of February 2024, he is working ad interim for L&A advocaten. Marijn focuses on a broad range of (corporate) employment matters with a focus on dismissal law, transactional practice, the statutory director, collective bargaining law and flexible employment relationships.

Office Manager

Marijke studied French and Dutch at Teacher Training College and then Dutch Language and Literature at Utrecht University, majoring in Communication Studies. After graduation, she had a range of positions, including a communications role at PTT Post and a distribution manager position at Postkantoren BV.

Office Assistant

Juliette joined L&A Advocaten as an Office Assistant following a successful internship as part of a legal administrative services degree programme.
